Cancellation Policy
Vanity Lash Lounge observes a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Cancelling appointments after 24 hours will result in a charge that is 50% of the cost of service.
Appointments that are missed without notice will result in a 100% charge.
If you have a reservation for botox/filler or microblading, we observe a 72 hour cancellation policy.
If you need to make any changes or adjustments within the 72 hour timeframe, you may do so, but risk being responsible for the cost of the service or the deposit given.
If you have an appointment booked with a voucher or gift card, cancellation fees still apply.
Credit card information is required to book any reservation with us at any time.
You may cancel your appointment via telephone, email or in person, please understand that we get back to everyone as soon as we are able, and once we have received your cancellation request, we will process it per the time stamp on the message.
Please note that the call volume is incredibly high at the Mill Creek location, if you call, please leave a detailed message so we are able to get back to you in a timely manner. If you are unable to get through, please feel free to send a follow up email to ensure prompt cancellation.
As a guest of Vanity Lash Lounge, you are welcome to contact either location to make changes to your schedule regardless of the location of your scheduled service.
